What if you don’t need to pay for API keys, with some clever cookie game you have the API Key for free? Sometimes you need an API, but you’re stuck with web UIs, rate limits, or separate paid plans. I just open-sourced Web2API — a unified Python library and REST API for Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini, powered by your browser session cookies: 🔗 Repo: https://lnkd.in/g_PE5xxd What you get: > One Python interface across all three providers > FastAPI server with SSE streaming > CLI tools to test connectivity > Auth via local JSON or environment variables Cookie setup is usually the hardest part, so I wrote a step-by-step guide with DevTools screenshots for ChatGPT and Gemini: 📖 Cookie guide: https://lnkd.in/guxUjJsh Built for developers and researchers who want a clean, self-hosted way to work with multiple AI chat providers from one codebase. Planning to share my paid subscriptions with the research fellows of ARIBD, through a unified interface inshallah. If you try it, I’d love feedback on the auth flow. #OpenSource #Python #AI #LLM #FastAPI #MachineLearning #DeveloperTools
